▶How to Track Your Order?

1️⃣ Our Customer Service team will send you the tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please check your email regularly for updates.



2️⃣ You can also find the tracking number in your account. (Once it's updated)

To track your order, follow these steps:

➥Log in to "My Account" (located at the top of the homepage).

➥Click on the Order Number you wish to track.

➥Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to monitor.

Enter your tracking number on the official websites of the major couriers to follow your shipment:

✅DHL: Track on DHL

✅FedEx: Track on FedEx

✅UPS: Track on UPS

✅17track: Track on 17track

⚠️Important Notes:

✅Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

✅For Oversized Items, delivery may take 1-2 weeks, and tracking information might not be available for these products.

✅International shipments may not show tracking details until they leave the China shipping hub.

✅Please keep your phone available to receive delivery notifications and be ready to sign for your parcel.
